2025 Seasonal Crewmember
Wage: $19.18 – $28.80/hr

The Alta Interagency Hotshot Crew is seeking individuals that are team players, self-motivated, and have the grit and drive to work on an Interagency Hotshot Crew (IHC) to fill seasonal crewmember positions for the 2025 wildfire season.
Prospective crewmembers must be prepared for rigorous physical training. This includes but is not limited to long distance running, hiking with heavy loads, and calisthenics.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Complete the following classes: S-130, S-190, L-180, I-100, I-700
- Able to pass the Arduous Work Capacity Test (3 mile hike in 45 minutes with 45 pound pack)
- Fire Technician I (Firefighter)
- Season Duration May through October
